About the event
Be part of the inaugural East Wales Schools Touch Rugby Championships – a fun, inclusive competition designed for schools of all experience levels. Whether your students are completely new to touch rugby or already have experience of the game, this event provides an exciting opportunity to learn, compete and represent your school.
Our inclusive competition features categories for girls and boys teams across two age groups (Y7/8 and Y9/10) and provides a fun, supportive environment for everyone to develop and thrive. So get ready for an exciting day of matches, showcasing the values of teamwork and honesty that the sport of touch rugby represents.
At our festival style events, each team will play between 4-6 games. You can have up to 14 players per team as touch rugby has unlimited rolling substitutions. To keep busy between matches, head to the Try Sports flag to join one of our drop-in coaching sessions.
